From September 1st, temporary export control will be formally implemented on some drones

On July 31, China’s Ministry of Commerce, in conjunction with relevant departments, issued two announcements on UAV export controls, respectively imposing export controls on some UAV special engines, important payloads, radio communication equipment and civilian anti-UAV systems. .

A two-year temporary export control will be implemented on some consumer drones. At the same time, all other civilian drones not included in the controls will be prohibited from being exported for military purposes. The above policy will be officially implemented on September 1.

 

Starting from October 1st, China-Serbia Customs will officially implement AEO mutual recognition.

On February 4, 2021, the Chinese government and the Serbian government officially signed the "The Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on the Enterprise Credit Management System of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the "Certified Economic Operator" System of the Customs Administration of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia. Agreement on Mutual Recognition (hereinafter referred to as the "Mutual Recognition Agreement"), decided to be officially implemented from October 1, 2023.


According to the provisions of the Mutual Recognition Agreement, China and Serbia mutually recognize each other’s customs “authorized economic operators” (AEOs) and provide customs clearance convenience for goods imported from each other’s AEO companies.
